my nails a brittlle they are very soft and they break easy help.What is the best thing out there to grow long nails?
story of my life. i have tried everything they sell at the drugstore that promises to stregnthen, protect, grow long, keep from splits, etc...Nothing worked!


however, supposedly if you take silica (a supplement from the vitamin shop or health food store) it helps your nails grow and become very strong. this makes the most sense because it is curing the problem from the inside.What is the best thing out there to grow long nails?

It depends on how much money you want to spend, I was in the same situation and I started taking prenatal pills, they are completely safe and a multi vitamin even though your not pregnant. They worked wonders and I kept the Sally Hanson hard as nails on and it worked great! I also used to do what was called an overlay. It was my nail with acrylic on top. It's different than having fake nails because it doesnt ruin your nails.
