I am looking for the colors bright pink,green, yellow, and orange almost like highlighters. Please give a store that I would have in Southern Louisiana. :)Where can I find good, long lasting NEON nail polish????
Urban outfitters has a ton of neon nail polishes. I find that mine doesn't dry particularly shiny but it's always a good idea to put clear on top so that fixes the problem.

try going to the nail salon and ask if they have any polish for sale (they usually do). Just make sure you also have the base and top coat polish to help it stay on longerr otherwise it won't be as effective.
As much as I hate to say this, if you have a Hot Topic (*cringes*) around your area, they have some fairly neonish colors and they've seemed to work fine.
try asking a local beauty therapist or nail tech, they have to buy their stuff somewhere and they only use top quality.
If you have Elianto there, then there you go.:) They have this super cute yellow nail polish that doesn't easily chip off. It's really pretty.
i got neon orange from icing's (by claires) it look sooo good i've had it on for about 2 weeks and it didn't even chip
hot topic they have tons of colors of neon nail polish. if you dont have a hot topic around you, then look online at hottopic.com
