Don't compliment her on her nails. I think it would seem a bit odd for a guy to recognize such a thing (not saying that's wrong). Simply say ';Wow, you have really nice hands';. ';They look like the hands of a doll or mannequin';. Has any one told you that before? You must spend alot of time making them look so nice. This opens the door for tons of conversation about ';her';.

How she responds will let you know if she's interested or not.
Depends on if you are wanting to be a bit risque' and how well you know them. I was thinking on the one extreme ';Wow, Id like those digging in to my back'; or a bit less lounge-lizardly ';You must take good care of yourself if you take that good care of your nails';
you can just like ask her questions about how she got them that way....also just tell her that you think they are beautiful even if you think there not!
