My dog's nail is long. and her quick is at the tip so i cant cut it, what should i do?

First thing i would do is call your vet, this seems a little unusual, and ask you vet what he would suggest, he may even want to see your dog, I would be afraid to advise you to even file it under these circumstances. use a nail file and file it or go to vet or groomer and have them use a dremmel
