How do i grow long nails?

I've been using this nail stuff from Sally Hansen its called ';Salon Nail Care'; Nail Growth Protein and i've worn it for about a day...does this stuff make things worse and when it says ';apply every other day'; does that mean take my coat off and apply another or apply ontop of the main coat and keep going?

Just apply the new coat over the old coat. If you bite your nail, I'd suggest buying some of the bitter tasting nail polishes to help. Dont bite your nails and only trim them if u have to but make sure they are clean and put a clear coat on them that should work
propally snother coat i think that chewing gum distracts u and keeps you busy it worked for me
stop bitting your nails and eat real food
