Jello is great. It's better if you drink it. Find the flavor you like put 2 teaspoons in a coffee cup add hot water and drink. It's good in fact I will drink it but I won't eat it.
Lots of protein helps hair %26amp; nail growth. Just make sure your protein source doesn't have too much fat or sugar. Lean meat (like poultry), legumes, and the previously mentioned jello are all great choices. But I would not recommend an all-protein diet. You need a healthy balance of carbs from whole-grain breads and veggies/fruits too.

Well, jello. lots and lots of jello. as long as its low sugar its great. and really good for nails and hair. AND Take prenatal vitamins, even if you arent pregnant they are really good for youre hair and nails.
